AFS Australia has a number of hosting programs to suit you. All programs focus on intercultural learning and understanding.
• School program: host a school-age participant while they attend school and live with you as a family member.
• Intensive Language program: host a school-age participant while they participate in a structured language program and live with you as a family member.
• Home-Stay program: host a school-age participant while they do work experience for 4 weeks.
• Community Service program: host a participant over 18 years of age while they volunteer for a local community organisation and live with you as a family member, but with more independence.
• Educator program: host a teacher while they participate on a 3 week program to visit schools and live in your home learning about Australian families as adult participants.
Whether you have cattle or a poodle, six children or none, you have the perfect family!
