AFS is delighted to announce that 8 Full Scholarships are now open to high school students in Australia to fulfill their Japanese dreams!
They are open to high school applicants and could take you to Japan on a Year Program departing in March 2009.
Who is eligible?
A high school student in Australia:
√ who is aged between 15 and 18 at the start of the program
√ who meets the AFS application guidelines for Japan
√ whose family is willing to host an AFS Japanese student for the duration of the exchange program (This condition only applies to applicants for four full year scholarships only, please contact AFS on 1300 131 736 for more details)
Full Scholarships to Japan cover:
√ Return travel from your home right to the door of your host family
√ Full orientation and enrichment activities during the stay
√ Most medical costs incurred during the visit, except for pre-existing conditions, dental and eye care
What programs are available?
√ High School Year Program to Japan departing early 2009

When is the closing date?
