AFS is pleased to announce that SDA TAS is offering a full scholarship for any High School program to any AFS country worldwide departing in 2009!
The scholarship will be entirely funded by SDA TAS and covers:
√ return travel from your home right to the door of your host family
√ orientation and enrichment activities during the stay
√ medical costs incurred during the visit, except for pre-existing
conditions, dental and eye care
Who is eligible?
√ Members of SDA TAS or any child of an SDA TAS member.
√ Applicants must be attending secondary school and in Year 9-12 at the time of application.

When is the closing Date for Applications?
Ensure that your complete AFS online application is submitted by 22 August 2008.
SDA (Shop, Distributive & Allied Employees Association) has been working in partnership with AFS since 1994.
During this time over 55 students have been sponsored to take up the challenge of living and studying overseas for one year.
